Biography

Tim Edwards is a highly skilled advocate with years of experience teaching, publishing and formulating policy in the complex world of business and employment litigation, particularly complex cases involving large amounts of electronic data. Tim is am the first instructor to teach a class on E-discovery at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he has taught litigation skills and civil procedure for 2 years. Tim has years of experience litigating in state and federal court, where he has substantial knowledge in small to complex commercial and employment disputes, especially those involving ESI.

Tim provides skilled advocacy that is built on the trust and respect of his clients, his peers and the courts he serves.  When necessary, Tim will go toe-to-toe with the biggest law firms in Wisconsin, often with positive results. Tim is not afraid of a fair fight.
