I have been practicing law and teaching at the University of Wisconsin for over 25 years, during which time I have published and spoken dozens of times regarding E-discovery and litigation strategies. I am the first instructor to teach a class on E-discovery at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where I have taught litigation skills and civil procedure.
